For this reason, our office meets and surpasses all OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration) and CDC (Center for Disease Control) standards. Financial
Our fees are based on the quality of the materials we use and our experience in performing your needed treatment.
To facilitate our goals, we have developed the following financial options:
A 5% accounting adjustment is allowed when fees in excess of $500 are paid in full by cash or check on the day that treatment is presented or in advance of scheduling the appointment.
Major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, Discover, and American Express are all accepted in our office.
Extended payment plans are available through outside financing sources and are based on credit approval. We offer financing through Springstone, Chase Health Advance, and CareCredit. Click on the CareCredit logo to apply online.

Cancellation
If you are unable to keep an appointment, we ask that you kindly provide us with at least 48 hours notice. We ask for this advance notice so that we can offer this appointment to another patient. A fee may be charged if a patient does not show up for an appointment without sufficient notice.
